They specialize in gluten-free porridges, acai based smoothie bowls, soups, risottos and a limited selection of baked goods, including house-made chocolate chip oatmeal cookies. And the coffee is from The Coffee Collective, some of the best in Copenhagen.

Almost everything has been custom made for the café by local craftsmen.  The attention to detail has been noticed, and Bowl Market was nominated as one of the five best cafes of the year in 2017.
